AIR & DD Engineers' Association (ADEA) is the association of IB(E)S officers. IB(E)S, an Organized Group 'A' Engineering Service, is one of the Central Civil Services (Technical) Group A under Article 309 of the Constitution of India.

Today, IB(E)S officers are bearing 360-degree responsibilities of almost entire operations including Engineering, Programme, Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR Management, IT Management, Administration etc. of Prasar Bharati.
